Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is say yes to the adventure.

No two groups ride exactly the same. Your Motocation is shaped around the women who show up, the riding you want to experience, and the terrain and conditions along the way. Whether you're here to build confidence, challenge yourself, explore new terrain, or simply spend a few unforgettable days on two wheels, the adventure meets you where you are.

You don't need to bring a group to have a great time. Come on your own or bring your favorite riding partners and spend the trip riding alongside women who share your love of adventure.

Bring the bike you already know and love, or ride a Grand Valley Adventure bike. Rentals and full protective gear are available so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time riding.

Thursday- Arrival

- Arrive at the chosen destination Thursday afternoon between 3:00-5:00pm for check-in.

- Enjoy a professionally prepared dinner by our private chef.

- Spend the evening getting to know your group.

Friday

- Enjoy breakfast of your choosing, hydrate, and get ready to ride.

- Bikes on at 9:00am sharp.

- Break for lunch when the group is ready.

- Return to the house between 4:00pm-6:00pm

- Enjoy a professionally curated meal by our professional chef.

Saturday

- Enjoy breakfast of your choosing, hydrate, and get ready to ride.

- Bikes on at 9:00am sharp.

- Break for lunch when the group is ready.

- Return to the house between 4:00pm-6:00pm

-Enjoy dinner and a night on the town with Grand Valley Adventure

Sunday- Departure

- Enjoy breakfast of your choosing, hydrate, and get ready to ride.

- Pack your belongings to return home.

- Bikes on at 9:00am sharp.

- Ride until 2:00pm.

- Enjoy use of the Grand Valley Adventure toy hauler for changing and refreshments before you travel home.

Ronnie brings local trail knowledge, route planning, coaching, and firsthand knowledge of the terrain to every adventure.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Coaching and guidance are incorporated into the riding experience, with terrain and pace adapted to the group.

Not every Motocation looks exactly the same. That's intentional.
Locations, lodging, meals, transportation, and riding terrain can vary by trip.

Who are Motocations for?

Motocations are designed for riders who want more than a guided ride. They're multi day riding experiences built around great terrain, good food, local knowledge, skill development, and time spent with other riders.

What riding experience do I need?

This depends on the specific Motocation and the group riding together.

GVA welcomes riders with different levels of experience, but you should be comfortable operating a dirt bike and prepared for the terrain associated with your chosen adventure.

Your safety and enjoyment come first. Your GVA guide will consider the group's overall experience when selecting trails, pace, and riding objectives.

How many riders are in a Motocation?

Group size can vary depending on the adventure and location.

GVA intentionally keeps groups small enough to create a more personal experience, allow for coaching and conversation, and keep the riding experience enjoyable.

Where will we stay?

You'll stay in an Airbnb selected specifically for the Motocation and the group.

Accommodations may vary by location, but the goal is always the same: a comfortable home base where the group can relax, eat, hang out, and recharge after a day on the trails.

What happens if I get hurt?

Your safety is taken seriously throughout the adventure. GVA guides will provide safety guidance before and during each ride, monitor conditions and the group, and respond appropriately if an injury or emergency occurs. Guests are responsible for having appropriate personal medical and travel insurance coverage.

RENTING A BIKE & GEAR?

Leave the heavy stuff at home.

If you're renting a bike and gear through GVA, your motorcycle and riding equipment will be ready when you arrive. No need to haul your setup across the country.

GVA rides through a mix of high desert, canyon country, mesas, and mountain terrain, so conditions can vary significantly depending on the location and time of year.

Western Colorado | Grand Junction, Fruita & the Mountains
The Grand Valley is generally warm and dry, with hot summers and cooler mornings and evenings. Mountain rides can be significantly cooler, and afternoon storms can develop quickly at higher elevations.

Utah | Moab, Westwater & Surrounding Areas
Desert riding typically means warmer temperatures, strong sun, and dry conditions. Spring and fall offer comfortable riding temperatures, while summer can bring significant heat. Morning and evening temperatures can still be surprisingly cool.

- Fox racing gear rentals including helmet, boots, jersey, pants, goggles, gloves, and padding

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

GVA understands that plans can change. Because GVA makes advance commitments to create your experience, cancellation terms are based on how far in advance you cancel.

More than 30 Days Before Departure

Your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. If you cancel more than 30 days before your Departure Date, you will not owe the remaining 50% balance.

You may also reschedule once to another available Motocation within 12 months of your original Departure Date. A $100 rescheduling fee applies, and any difference in trip price is due.

30 Days or Less Before Departure

Your remaining 50% balance is due and your reservation is fully committed.

Cancellations are nonrefundable, and rescheduling is not available during this period.

Why We Have This Policy

Every Grand Valley Adventure Motocation requires advance planning and financial commitments. Accommodations may need to be reserved months ahead, and meals, transportation, motorcycles, gear, guides, and other elements may be arranged specifically for your trip and experience. Our cancellation policy allows us to make those commitments while giving you reasonable flexibility when plans change.
