Pick Up and Drop of for Rentals

We are a mobile business and will deliver bikes and gear directly to you. We can deliver to your home, hotel, airbnb, meet in a public place, or deliver directly to a trailhead.  Our delivery fees are broken down as following:

Pick up: At pick up you will sign paperwork, go over all rental requirements, and get fitted for a helmet and any other rented gear. We will then inspect the machine together to check for existing damage and go over the safety points and usage of your rented machine.

Drop off: All machines must return clean with a full tank of gas. We will inspect the machine for any damage and will report any findings within 48 hours. If no damage has occurred your deposit will be refunded and you will see it back in your account within 2-7 business days. If there is damage we will write a quote for the cost of repairs and review the quote with you. If the cost is below your deposit we will refund the remaining. If the damage is more than your deposit we will request additional payment.

Drop off time will be addressed when you pick up. If you know you are going to be late you must call ahead of time to inform us of the time you will be arriving.  LATE RETURNS WILL ACCRUE A $50 LATE CHARGE PER HOUR.

Can I pick up or return after hours?

Yes, we will be happy to work with you on your drop off time. After hours drop off must be set up ahead of time. Contact us for additional details. Fees may apply.

Do I need to make a reservation?

A reservation is required to give us ample time to perform a full safety check on all rental machines. We generally require 24-hour notice for all rentals.

Damages

All machines go through a full safety check and damages are documented before the rental leaves. If the machines come back with damage the customer is responsible for the cost of all repairs. Normal wear and tear excluded.

Damage insurance is offered for an additional $60 per day with a $1,000 deductible. This insurance covers all damage to the bike. This option is HIGHLY recommended, especially for larger bikes or longer rental periods. Bike damage can be expensive and add up quickly.

These machines are meant to be enjoyed and damage will not be nitpicked, but we expect you to take care of these machines as if they were your own.

Waivers & Rental Agreement

A Release of Liability Waiver and Rental Agreement MUST be signed by anyone who will be riding one of our machines regardless of age, who is paying, or how long you will be riding. Below you will find copies of our waiver and agreement. We HIGHLY recommend reading over the agreements to ensure you fully understand your responsibilities when renting one of our machines. We will not accept pre-filled and signed waivers. All waivers and rental agreements must be signed at our location unless specified otherwise by Grand Valley Adventure Tours and Rentals staff.
